We plan your office space according to your previously defined requirements and work processes, be it new planning or the optimisation of existing space. In addition to space planning, we develop your interior design and create the material and colour concept, taking acoustic measures into account. We design your office in constant collaboration with you (space-efficient & user-oriented) and document the design in 2D or 3D. Finally, we create the detailed planning.
In addition to the planning, we visualise your new office using 3D renderings, giving you a tangible basis for making decisions about your new individual working environment.
We plan your move and carry it out professionally. We ensure that your move takes place as efficiently as possible without interrupting your core business processes.
No matter whether it's 10, 100 or several thousand workstations – together with efficient partners we ensure that you can continue your work efficiently in the new environment.
We offer you tailor-made financing alternatives for our office furniture. Compared to purchasing, leasing models preserve your liquidity and you can also benefit from tax advantages. The costs are spread evenly over the actual period of use and you gain financial leeway for investments that can generate returns.
The leasing period of 72 months on average is significantly less than the depreciation period of 13 years for office furniture and the leasing instalments are fully tax-deductible as business expenses.
Delivery and assembly
You define your requirements. We can provide you with pure installation services, installation management or the entire process including delivery logistics from a single source, depending on the scope of the project. We plan all processes in consultation with you up to the operational handover.
Our route planning is geared towards maximum capacity utilisation for maximum economic and ecological efficiency. The furniture is packed in recyclable blankets, which we take back. There is no packaging waste.
Recycling of old furniture
We take care of the recycling or disposal of your old furniture. The existing furniture is inspected during a site inspection. Based on the type and condition of the existing furniture, you will receive a detailed recycling offer. We would be pleased to organise the disposal or resale for you through qualified partners in your area.
All materials used at CEKA, including the plastics used, are recyclable and are provided with a permanent material label. This guarantees unmixed separation so that all materials can be recycled.
